Common Tread is a music-inspired road trip created in partnership with Rolling Stone and Can-Am.
The series kicks off over an interview with Shooter Jennings, where we talk about the Los Angeles country scene. From there I travel to a cave-turned-concert-hall outside of Nashville, Tenn.; the surreal recording studios in Woodstock, N.Y.; the center of the blues universe with Kingfish in Clarksdale, Miss; and the nurturing music community that created the Revivalists in New Orleans.
